At Kushi Taxi, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains
the rules, charges, and processes applicable when you cancel or modify your booking. By
booking with Kushi Taxi, you agree to follow this policy.

Note: The cancellation clock is calculated from the scheduled pickup time provided during
booking.
2. Modifying Your Booking

You can modify your booking (pickup time, vehicle type, destination) up to 8 hours before
the scheduled pickup, subject to vehicle availability.

Modifications may result in fare adjustments, especially if distance or vehicle type
changes.
3. Refund Policy

Prepaid Bookings: Eligible for full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup.

Kushi Taxi Cancelled Rides: Full refund will be issued if Kushi Taxi cancels due to
internal reasons (vehicle unavailability, driver issues, etc.).

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days to the original payment
method.

Non-Refundable Cases: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, no-shows, and
discounted/promotional bookings.

5. Special Conditions

Peak Season / Festive Periods: Cancellation or modification charges may differ during peak
seasons. Early booking is recommended.

One-Way & Round Trips: Any additional charges for waiting time, tolls, or extra kilometers
already incurred are not refundable.

Third-Party Services: If your trip involves third-party bookings (e.g., airport pickup in
collaboration with another service), cancellation policies of those providers may also
apply.
