1. Booking & Ride Guidelines π
1.1 Ride Policy
π¨βπ©βπ¦ Passenger Capacity:
- Sedan: Up to 4 passengers (including children).
- SUV: Up to 7 passengers (including children).
π Luggage Allowance:
- Sedan: 2 medium-sized suitcases + small handbags.
- SUV: 4 medium-sized suitcases + small handbags.

Need a top luggage carrier car? No worries!
βΉ300 extra (please inform us while booking).
π Pick up and Drop service:

For One way trips we offer point to point pick up and drop service, so
only one pickup point and one drop point is covered.
- One way trips bookings cannot be used for local rides.

Incase of other requirements please inform us at the time of booking, extra charges might
be applicable.
π Minimum Booking Distance:
We are mainly a long distance intercity taxi service provider. so have the following
limitaions.
- One-way trips: Minimum 130 km for sedan and SUV.

Round trips: Minimum 250 km for sedan and 300 km for SUV.
π Kilometer calculation will be end to end from pickup point.
β° Trip Timings & Night Travel:

Round-trip duration: One-day round trips should conclude by 10:00 PM at
the pickup location.

Round-trip Late Night Travel (After 10 PM)? A small driver night
allowance of βΉ400 applies.
ποΈ Peak Season Booking:
- During festive seasons, please book in advance to avoid last-minute price hikes.
βοΈ Airport and Railways Transfers:
- Airport or railway station toll charges will applicable as per actual cost.
β³ Ride Delay:

If a driver is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we will arrange an alternate vehicle or
offer compensation.
πΆ Traveling with Pets?

We welcome furry companions! Pet charges: βΉ300. (please inform us while
booking)
- Please ensure your pet is in a carrier or properly secured.
βοΈ Air Conditioning Policy
- Car air-conditioning will not work on hilly routes.
- AC will be turned off when the vehicle is not in motion.
- Passengers are not expected to request drivers to operate AC in these cases.
1.2 Extra Charges (If Applicable)

As per actual cost.
π Toll charges will be paid via Fastag

β³ Waiting Time:
First 30 minutes free, then βΉ120/hr for Sedan and βΉ150/hr for Sedan.
π No waiting charges for meal breaks, tea breaks or restroom stops (Upto 45 minutes).

ποΈ Hill Station Charges:
Additional βΉ300 will be applicable if travelling through hills.

π Extra KM Charge:
For one way trips: βΉ14/km for sedan, βΉ19/km for SUV, For Round trip: βΉ13/km for SUV,
βΉ18/km for SUV
π Customers needs to note and verify the starting and ending kilometers for accurate
fare calculation.
2. Payment & Cancellation π³
2.1 Payment Options
We accept UPI (Unified Payments Interface), mobile wallets, NEFT (National Electronic Funds
Transfer), RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), IMPS (Immediate Payment Service), Net Banking,
and Cash (to driver).

We understand that plans can change! Here's how our refund process works:

Eligible Refunds:
- Prepaid bookings cancelled 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.
- If Kushi Taxi cancels the ride due to any internal issue, you get a full refund.
β No Refunds for:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup.
- No-shows (if not informed at least 8 hours before pickup).
- Discounted or promotional bookings.
π Refund Processing Time: 3-5 working days.
4. Safety & Travel Conduct π‘οΈ
4.1 Driver & Vehicle Standards

Our drivers are professional, experienced, and background-verified.

Vehicles are regularly serviced and cleaned for a comfortable ride.
4.2 Passenger Guidelines
- β No smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle.

responsible for valuables left behind.
5. Luggage Policy π
We know luggage isn't just suitcases β it can be anything from backpacks to shopping bags!

Allowed:
- Standard-sized bags, laptop bags, and travel luggage.
- Additional carrier loading charge: βΉ300 (if required).
β Not Allowed:
- Extremely bulky or oversized items that don't fit in the vehicle.
- Hazardous or flammable substances.
π Drivers may refuse excess luggage if it affects passenger or vehicle safety.

10. Delays & Responsibilities

Distance and travel times shown on our site are approximate; actual may vary due to
traffic or route conditions.

Kushi Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural calamities, strikes, or
unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for paying waiting charges if the pickup is delayed beyond 30
minutes.
11. Liability
Kushi Taxi is not responsible for any:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
- Personal injury or accidents, unless proven due to gross negligence.

Consequential losses (flight/train delays, hotel bookings, etc.) due to taxi delays.
12. Driver Conduct

In case of misconduct, misbehavior, or refusal of service by the driver, customers should
immediately contact our support team.

Kushi Taxi will take appropriate measures, including arranging an alternative vehicle
where possible.
13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including
but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.
14. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu,
India.
15. Special Instructions

Driver and vehicle details will be shared with customers at least 2 hours before pickup
via SMS/WhatsApp.
- Customers must contact support if details are not received.

Any demand by the driver for charges not mentioned in the booking slip should be reported
to support immediately.
