Confirmation depends on availability
A pickup can be requested for any time. A vehicle is not guaranteed at every hour.
Cancelling or changing
Free cancellation at least 6 hours before pickup (before the driver arrives); ₹200 if cancelled less than 6 hours before pickup; ₹300 once the driver has arrived. Pickup-time changes must be requested at least 4 hours before pickup. Eligible refunds take 2–3 working days. Help, cancellation and refunds
