- Customer support is staffed 24 hours a day, every day. A pickup may be requested for any time; each trip is confirmed by our team, and a vehicle is not guaranteed at every hour.
Requests and confirmation
When is my trip confirmed?
Sending a request does not confirm a trip. Your trip is confirmed when our team contacts you to confirm the vehicle and fare.
Cancelling
What does it cost to cancel?
If you cancel at least 6 hours before your confirmed pickup time and before the driver has arrived, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 6 hours before pickup and the driver has not arrived, the fee is ₹200. After the driver has arrived at the pickup point, the fee is ₹300. Only one fee applies.
The time that counts is when we receive your cancellation, measured against your currently confirmed pickup. A driver who is assigned or on the way has not arrived, and a later arrival never raises a fee that already applied.
Changing your pickup time
Can I change my pickup time?
You can ask to change your pickup time at least 4 hours before your currently confirmed pickup. A change is only confirmed once our team accepts the new time.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Eligible refunds are processed in 2–3 working days.
Places and cars
Where can I be picked up and dropped?
You can request a pickup and drop at any place or address in Tamil Nadu or Bangalore, not only the towns that have their own page. If we cannot calculate the distance automatically, our team will confirm the fare.
Can I choose the car model?
You can choose a Sedan or an SUV. Example models are shown on the page; the exact model depends on availability.
Booking for someone else
To book for another passenger, send the request with your own name and number, and tell our team who is travelling when they contact you.
