You do not need to book a return trip for this one-way service. The fare uses the applicable one-way rate, a minimum billed distance of 130 km, the driver allowance and any applicable extra charges.
Can I book a drop taxi for a journey shorter than 130 km?
You can request the trip, but this one-way tariff bills at least 130 km. Enter the actual pickup and destination to see the applicable estimate or receive a team quote.
Can I request an early-morning or late-night pickup?
Yes. You can request any pickup time, and customer support is staffed 24/7. The vehicle and trip still need confirmation for your chosen time and location.
Is a city-to-city travel time a promised arrival time?
No, it is a guide. Your pickup area, departure time and traffic affect how long it takes to reach the highway.
What if my address or village does not appear in the search?
Use the manual entry option and include the locality, nearby town and a landmark where useful. When the location cannot be measured automatically, our team confirms it with you and provides a quote.
Can I add another pickup or a stop on the way?
Ask our team before the fare is confirmed. Extra pickups, stops, detours or waiting may affect the quote. Share the full trip plan so the team can confirm what is possible and what it costs.
How do I cancel or change my pickup time?
If you cancel at least 6 hours before your confirmed pickup time and before the driver has arrived, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 6 hours before pickup and the driver has not arrived, the fee is ₹200. After the driver has arrived at the pickup point, the fee is ₹300. Only one fee applies. If we cancel a confirmed trip, we refund everything you have paid and pay you ₹200 when we cancel less than 6 hours before pickup, or ₹300 if no car comes or we cancel after the pickup time. You can ask to change your pickup time at least 4 hours before your currently confirmed pickup. A change is only confirmed once our team accepts the new time. Eligible refunds are processed in 2–3 working days.
