If we cancel a confirmed trip, we refund everything you have paid and pay you ₹200 when we cancel less than 6 hours before pickup, or ₹300 if no car comes or we cancel after the pickup time. You can ask to change your pickup time at least 4 hours before your currently confirmed pickup. A change is only confirmed once our team accepts the new time. Eligible refunds are processed in 2–3 working days.
